Brief Biography:

Dr. Asha Shah is a first generation Indian American who was born and raised in Georgia. She grew up in Gwinnett County and attended Greater Atlanta Christian School, where she graduated valedictorian. She attended Emory University as an Emory Scholar and graduated Summa Cum Laude with dual degrees in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and Chemistry. She attended medical school at University of Pennsylvania and completed her residency training in primary care internal medicine at Emory University.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. She feels blessed and is excited to have the opportunity to practice primary care in her hometown.
