Dr. Meena Shah has recently been appointed Civil Surgeon for the Department of Homeland Security by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration service. Dr. Shah is authorized to perform green card / immigration physicals (I-693 Form). She is available at Lawrenceville, Lilburn, and Duluth by appointment. Appointments are often available same-day and almost always within 1-2 business days.
