Please DO NOT call your local office regarding the COVID-19 vaccine. All vaccine appointments must be scheduled through the online page.
Gwinnett Clinic offices are open for appointments in person, by phone, or through video (telemedicine).
We are following a strict sterility protocol and all CDC recommendations to reduce the risk of spread.
*During the pandemic, our hours may vary from our routine hours. Please call before coming!*
Since our founding in 1983, we have welcomed same day appointments and walk-in visits at our primary care offices. We perform all primary care and minor urgent care services.

Appointments receive priority, but walk-ins will always be seen assuming the physician/NP is available. Occasionally, the session may be full or an office will be closed due to the physician/NP being away.*
We always recommend calling ahead before walking in. You should confirm that the physician/NP is available for the remainder of the session and that the on-duty provider can perform your desired service.
For walk in patients for respiratory care or COVID-19 symptoms, we will take care care of you virtually, in the parking lot, or at one of our respiratory / COVID-19 clinics. Please visit our COVID-19 updates page for more information.
Our specialists only see appointments. But if you need to be seen same day, just call and ask if you can be squeezed in!
Thanks for considering Gwinnett Clinic to serve your health care needs. We believe that lasting relationships are built on being available for patients whenever they need us.
After-Hours (Evenings & Weekends)

*Please note that hours and availability of providers are subject to change without notice. We always advise patients to call ahead to request a walk in visit.
