New adult and adolescent patients are always welcome.

Gwinnett Clinic Primary Care includes family medicine, internal medicine and senior care and is available at all 17 of our locations.

Primary Care

Gwinnett Clinic offers same-day sick visits to our patients as well as walk-in visits to the general public. We also have weekend and extended hours at many of our 17 locations and our primary care physicians offer annual physical exams and annual wellness visits to our adolescent and adult patients, including Medicare age patients.

Gwinnett Clinic offers specialty care to our patients and the general public including asthma and allergy care, neurology care, healthy weight management and obesity medicine care and orthopedic care and surgery.

Specialty Care

Gwinnett Clinic provides on-site pharmacy services to patients, whether they were prescribed by one of of our doctors or doctors from other practices, as well in-house physcal therapy, imaging, radiology and labs.
