I was looking for an asthma specialist and every where I have called they are slow to respond or you have to leave a message to even get an appointment. This office is so responsive and even if I have to leave a message they get back to you same day or within 24 hours. I travel about 45 minutes to this office. Dr. Shin has been good at listening to my problems and symptoms that I have been having and working on an active solution. I love the admin staff to the nurses as well. They are very attentive. I will continue with this office.

Maria the medical assistance nurse, has been VERY helpful. Her service is more than 5 stars. She’s golden! 🙌🏽 She always follow up with any refills medications. Before giving a medication she is very great at explaining everything!
