With a background as a bedside nurse, Ms. Somee Kwon built strong, meaningful relationships with her patients and developed a deep appreciation for being involved in their care. Recognizing the impact that early education and proactive management can have on preventing hospitalizations, she pursued her path as a nurse practitioner to take a more active role in clinical decision-making and provide continuity of care across the lifespan. Ms. Kwon’s clinical interests include primary care, geriatric care, and diabetes management.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys supporting small businesses, attending local events, giving back to her community, and lending a helping hand to neighbors. In her free time, she loves being with her family, spending time with her 8-year-old rescue orange tabby cat, decorating her home, exploring nature, and rewatching her favorite movies.
