Gwinnett Clinic was founded in 1983 by Drs. JJ and Meena Shah.

A passion for improving the lives of their patients.

Drs. J.J. and Meena Shah immigrated to the United States in 1978 with the hope of improving the lives of their patients and their own. They earned their medical educations in India and then attended the Medical College of Georgia to complete their specialty training. They founded Gwinnett Clinic in 1983 and have since expanded it to 17 locations – never losing their passion for helping others.

Gwinnett Clinic serves as metro Atlanta’s premier outpatient medical practice. We believe a strong primary care foundation, within an integrated network of specialty care and ancillary services, grows personal relationships with patients. Our providers and staff work together as a team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective and wide-ranging care, as well as personalized service, to our patients.
